Our one-to-one Job Interview Coaching service is designed for candidates
at all levels and for all jobs and is particularly useful for graduates,
for those who haven't had an interview for some time or for those who
are lacking in confidence and want to create and deliver powerful winning
answers.
Our consultants are highly skilled and have many years of experience
in interviewing candidates such as yourself. They have published articles
and guides and have advised a range of corporations on interviewing
and recruitment.
How We Can Help You
We work with you on a one-to-one basis and help you develop the skills
to communicate effectively and convincingly at your job interview.
We review your CV and experience and we identify your strengths and
weaknesses
We provide an individually tailored interview script with the questions
you are most likely to be asked based on your experience, your skills,
your career and the requirements of the job or sector you are being
interviewed for
We help you create winning answers, we show you what will work well
for you and we guide you in changing what will work against you
We can provide specific advice to help you prepare for and deal with
the most difficult questions and we will guide you in dealing with
specific problems such as being over or under qualified, returning
to work after a career break or redundancy.
All candidates start the interview on an equal footing and we will
help you stand out and convince the interviewer that you the best person
for the job.

is via email or telephone so there is no requirements for you to
travel or take time out of your busy schedule.
How It Works
When
ordering the service we ask you to provide us with the latest copy
of your CV. If you have an interview coming up we ask for a copy of
the Job Description, Person Specification, Job Application and your
Covering Letter and interview details
Once
received, we appoint a consultant to deal with you on an individual
basis and choose those most experienced with your sector
They will
contact you by email or phone to introduce themselves and check all details
with you.
They will
then create a tailor made Interview Report for you which
will contain:
- A review of your CV, your strengths and potential weaknesses as an interviewer would see them
- An analysis of the organisation and sector you are applying for based on detailed research. This will help answer questions relating to what you know about the company and issues facing the industry
- A personalised Job Interview Script which will contain the most likely questions you will be asked. This will follow standard interviewing structure and will contain a range of questions (up to 30) including Competency Based and Behavioural Questions and each question will come with an answer guide
Using
the Interview Report we ask you to create answers in your words which
you submit for checking.
We
review your answers and advise of changes to ensure that you
demonstrate your skills most effectively and communicate most
clearly and succinctly.
All
of the above is carried out at your convenience via email.
As
an optional extra we can then carry out a mock interview
(by telephone, so no travel restrictions) to test your vocal technique,
your delivery and your ability to answer awkward questions with ease.
This session usually lasts up to 1 hour including time to give feedback
on your performance.
Our
coaching sessions include free follow up by
email for 4 weeks after the start date and includes
a free subscription to InterviewGOLD™ our
best selling Job Interview Skills Training system.
